Although we have focused on spatial planning throughout the company’ existence, our specific services, activities and methodology evolved reflecting the planning context and our personal growth. We thus believe that it is not the specific services / activities, but skills that matter for long-term company development. We believe that collectively we possess a set of unique competencies:


Excellent project management skills

Planning projects involve high complexity as they deal with a big number of disciplines, big number of experts and big number of people. At the same time, schedules are normally quite demanding.  Managing this complexity and keeping track of schedule requires excellent project management and we have developed them.


Excellent people and facilitation skills

Our projects normally involve a great number of institutions, private entities, utilities companies and individuals, with whom we need to have smooth communication. Moreover, very often these different actors confront each other as conflict is inherent in planning and development. Moderating different interests and achieving effective result is something we are proud for.


Ability to handle multi-disciplinary issues

We work across the disciplines all the time as our projects touch upon areas of land use, environment, infrastructure, construction, transport, cultural heritage and many others. We do not have narrow specialists in all these fields, however we do need to understand all of them in order to prepare effective planning and development solutions. Thus we have developed a way of combining our own expertise with that of external experts to bring best possible quality in our projects.


Team work

We spend more time communicating with each other and partners outside the company than working individually. Facing inherent multi-disciplinary nature, complexity and great number of stakeholders involved in our projects, we have developed for effective and efficient communication, combining classic meetings and new electronic means.


Language skills

Most of us have good working knowledge of both English and Russian, which is an asset in working in Eastern Europe / CIS countries as well as in other parts of the world.
